About Me

I'm Jess, owner of West End Pet Services and I am committed to creating a nurturing environment for pets. With 10 years experience as a Registered Veterinary Nurse, I focus on ensuring the well-being and happiness of every pet in my care, I provide top-quality services that pet owners can trust. I am dedicated to delivering professional and reliable pet care. My RVN qualification also provides me with the unique knowledge and years of hands-on practical experience of emergent first-aid and triage, meaning I remain professional in cases of emergency and that your pets are in safe hands whilst with me. ​

I understand how much your pet means to you and how hard it is to balance work and life alongside them. I aim to build bonds with all animals I work with, as well as their owners, therefore ensuring that your pet has the best time whilst they are with me and you get to keep a balance between work and loving life with your pet.

I have training in animal behaviour and approaches to being as cat friendly as possible so during any of my services, I will always use calming, positive reward methods of training and I create low stress environments even when visiting your pets at home.

I am fully insured, council registered and DBS checked through my RVN qualification.

All dogs will be kept on long lines/training leads until trust between us is built up. I also ask that all pets are kept up to date with annual vaccinations and parasite prevention treatments.
